We wouldn’t mind a move to Bristol, it seems to be a melting pot for awesome music talent.
In fact most of our favourites reside there – such as Elder Island, George Ezra and Massive Attack! So it made sense that Harvey Causon another vocalist and multi talented individual drops his pin in the same location.
We first heard of Harvey Causon when his track ‘Worn You’ was released back in 2018. He is the perfect blend of rnb and electronic techniques, the kind that soundtrack your day for the better.
His latest release is ‘Blind Eye’ which ‘reflects the idea of hypnagogic sleep and a half dream/nightmare state.’ It is in fact built on samples of Harvey sleep talking and inspired by Matthew Walker’s book, ‘Why We Sleep’ discussing dream states and circadian rhythms.
The neuroscience and sleep research community must be flattered and delighted to hear this! We can’t wait to see what Harvey serves up later this year. Enjoy his sound…
