Correction, it is actually band of the week not artist. Anyway, absolutely delighted to introduce these bad ass humans to your ears. The much anticipated 2nd album release on Jan 10th 2020 has so far been a huuuuge success and now we’re booking tickets to catch them on their tour of the UK.
The Big Moon actually caught our attention back in 2017 with their album ‘Love in the 4th dimension’ which was shortlisted for the Mercury prize.
Fast forward to 2020, the four piece London band return with, ‘ Walking like we do’ and it’s fair to say their sounds has evolved beautifully. Their track ‘Take a piece’ was almost a visual love letter to our 90s days, the video was shot like a box music television hit, could’ve also been something we used to see at the end of comedy show, ‘Smack the pony.’ Enough of the 90’s reminiscing, we just want you to listen to The Big Moon, they’re awesome.
