Yes this is our track of the day – Happy Heatwave to you all! A deft songwriter and a singer with soulful brilliance, Ady Suleiman is set to emerge as one of the most unique artists in the UK in recent years. With a rich era-spanning appreciation of music and an innate need to turn life experiences into narrative, Ady has developed a timelessly classic yet fresh sound and a lyrical distinctiveness that has garnered fans ranging from Chance the Rapper and Joey Bada$$ through to Labrinth, George the Poet and Michael Kiwanuka.

 After being spotted by BBC Introducing’s Dean Jackson, the half Tanzanian, half English 22 year old has supported the likes of Laura Mvula, Leon Bridges and Lianne Le Havas on tour, performed at Glastonbury and Bestival Festivals, picked up the ‘Breakthrough Act of the Year’ award at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards, and is currently in the studio working with producers SMV (Plan B, Kwabs). Can he have any cooler producers working alongside him?!
