- Duck rosti, poached eggs and red onion chutney
- Smoked brisket, hispi cabbage and bacon sauce
- Chargrilled pig’s ribeye, sautéed apple celeriac and carrot lentils
- Smashed Devon crab with piccalilli remoulade
