Forget Christmas shopping on Oxford Street, get your pressies in East London! From Friday 5th to Sunday 7th December, Spin Xmas will take over Rochelle School in Shoreditch, providing the perfect place to find the coolest bike products, fashion, innovation and cycling-related gifts for Christmas.
Spin Xmas is FREE to attend and will feature exhibitors from throughout the cycling industry and beyond and serves as a bit of a party, too!
Craft Beer Rising will be pouring the beer (not to mention mulled wine) in the festive-themed Spin Xmas bar, while an illustration exhibition by Spoke London will see emerging artists and illustrators showcase their cycle-themed work and wares.
Having had an incredible time at Spin London 2014 back in March and with next May’s Spin London 2015 set to be the biggest yet, Spin Xmas provides the perfect warm-up to both the festive season and the year ahead. As the follow-up to last year’s successful pre-Christmas collaboration with the London Coffee Festival at Spin LCF – this time replacing coffee with beer – it is an event not to be missed by any London cycling enthusiast.
We spoke to owner Alex Daw who said,”Spin Xmas is the perfect opportunity to stock up on cycling-related Christmas presents – we’ll bring together dozens of interesting cycling brands under one roof.”
Spin 2015 will take place in central London on Friday May 8th to Sunday 10th. The show will feature a test track and race circuit alongside fashion and drinks brands – and the most groundbreaking products in the cycling industry. Alex Daw is certainly eager to take the festival in a new direction,“We’re excited about Spin 2015 too, which will be our biggest-ever show. We want to appeal to cyclists of all kinds – commuters, mountain-bikers, club riders and of course the fixed gear and single speed crowd.”
