ASHISH X TOPSHOP COLLABORATION

Tapping into the zeitgeist of the celebrity & selfie culture, a selection of truly unique jersey T-shirts come with a fabric pen feature cheeky statements such as ‘My name is… My room number is….’. Towels and bathrobes are audaciously ‘nicked’ from hotel rooms and turned into resort-worthy pieces such as wrap dress and a skirt.

The Ashish collab shows a set of collector pieces featuring LED lights add a bright and dreamy aesthetic to the collection. Buffalo boots with light-up heels, pool sliders, a transparent rucksack and a clutch, are all brought to life with fluoro lights that flash and stream. And finally, to finish the collection off, a towelling eye mask embellished with the slogan ‘Not Now’.

This 10th collaboration in as many years with Ashish reaffirms TOPSHOP’s ongoing support of London design talent, both through the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN scheme and collaborations. TOPSHOP is dedicated to identifying and nurturing both young and established talent.

Kate Phelan, TOPSHOP Creative Director, comments “The Paradise Hotel is Ashish’s 10th collaboration with Topshop. Ashish brings his humour and style together to create a fashion collection for beach to bedroom, pool to club. Light up trainers towelling hoodies and towel wrap dresses make hotel style the ultimate look for summer.”

This collection will be stocked internationally in TOSPHOP’s flagship stores, selected Nordstrom’s and wholesale partners including Browns Focus and Vfiles.
