Finally the Yeah Yeah Yeahs release some new material, “Sacrilege” caused some hype this week after model Lily Cole starred in their video. Lead singer Karen O is someone who created a historic and memorable fashion soundtrack for Adidas back in 2005. Her sensual sounds from, “Hello Tomorrow” which serenaded sports television sets during half time ads. The track was perfect for the dream that Adidas created. We rekindled our love for Karen this week and thought we would share our favourite tracks from the South Korean kid. Karen is known for her crazy antics during YYY’s gigs and wears clothes from designer Christopher Joy. Karen has also done work for film soundtracks such as, “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo,” “Jackass ” as well as collaborating with ex boyfriend, (film director) Spike Jonze. Adidas always pick a great beat, “Why Can’t There Be Love” by Dee Edwards was used as a soundtrack for their campaign with David Beckham and Snoop Dog.
