MANCHESTER – CHARITY FASHION SHOW
Last night, we hit Manchester, where we saw an unbelievable amount of talent walk the runway all in the name of Ovarian Cancer charity, “Inspiration.” Guests were captivated by the show’s location, a monastery complete with perfect sunset mood lighting. Solo artists and DJ’s serenaded the church, providing an enjoyable soundtrack for the event. We saw fashion from Boohoo .com, Dead Legacy, Renee Marion, Vicky Martin, Just Junkies and Miss Francesca Couture. However, our favourite collection came from Rosie Olivia Millinery. Check out our gallery and playlist from the event……
Caroline Franks and Andrea Gaspar were “inspired” after tragically losing their sister in-law and friend, Jacky Franks. Franks and Gaspar started up the charity in her memory to raise money for Professor Gordon Jayson who was Jacky’s oncologist. Jayson works at The Christie Hospital in Manchester.
This charity aims to improve the survival rate of women in the North West with Ovarian Cancer, providing support and information to women, their carers and families. The event’s success moved us one step closer to conquering the “silent killer.”

ROSIE OLIVIA MILLINERY
Rosie Olivia was the one to beat at the fashion showcase on saturday night. The designer has celebrated so much success with her collections. One memorable customer was Princess Beatrice, who wore a Rosie Olivia bespoke hat on Christmas day. We noticed so much versatility on Rosie’s catwalk. This girl is creatively capable of setting traditional and modern millinery trends.
